How do I archive a client or make them inactive?

  1. Click Clients Management under the Private Zones options list.
  2. Search for and select the client you wish to edit.
  3. Click Edit Profile in the top right hand of the screen.
  4. In the pop-up modal box Client Edit, locate the Status option.
  5. Select Active or Inactive. If a Client is Inactive the client details will remain on the system, but will only be found in searches when the Include Inactive Clients checkbox in used.
  6. Click Save to save your changes.
