- Click Clients Management under the Private Zones options list.
- Search for and select the client you wish to edit.
- Click Edit Profile in the top right hand of the screen.
- In the pop-up modal box Client Edit, locate the Status option.
- Select Active or Inactive. If a Client is Inactive the client details will remain on the system, but will only be found in searches when the Include Inactive Clients checkbox in used.
- Click Save to save your changes.
