How do I integrate Microsoft Outlook with Topsail?

To retrieve a list of your calendar events from Microsoft Outlook, you need to first connect your Microsoft account to Topsail. To do this:


  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Time Sheet. The Enter Your Timesheet Submissions is displayed.
  2. On the left-hand side there is a card called Suggestions. Under Sync from Outlook, you will find a button called Connect with Outlook.
  3. Clicking this button will redirect you to a Microsoft login page where you need to log into your Microsoft account and authorise Topsail to access calendar events.
  4. Once complete, you will be taken back to Topsail and can confirm successful sign in by seeing your Microsoft email and name under Sync from Outlook.
