Dynamic Details is a field within Project set up where you can specify information you wish to be made available to your project users when setting up a project. It is a free text field. You might wish to specify a web page link to be used for reference or provide textual guidance and information specific to this project.
You can also use Dynamic Details as a method of searching for projects.
This is not a mandatory field.
Note: You can also enter Dynamic Details that are not specific to a project but are universally available to all system users.
How do I add Dynamic Details?
To add Dynamic Details, within Project Set Up:
Follow the instructions Projects: How do I set up a new project?
- Scroll to the Dynamic Details section and click Add Details.
- Complete the fields:
- Key (the title of name of the information) and
- Value (enter the website link or material you wish to be made available).
- Remember to click Save and Finish.
