When creating a new project, you can choose to make a project Active (default) or Inactive.
- Active projects can have time or expenses charged against them.
- Inactive projects cannot have time or expenses charged against them. You may choose to use this option for projects that occurred in the past that need to be recorded or when setting up future projects that have not yet started.
