Team Management is a private zone in Topsail, where you can view and manage information about your team. It's a helpful tool for managers to get a snapshot of current activity within the team and has been extremely popular with Topsail customers.
There are three tabs within Team Management:
- Employee Tab - gives a current list of employees, their status and their contact details.
- Timesheet Tab - provides a wealth of information relating to timesheets. Users can view hours worked by employees, hours worked by clients and also a snapshot of timesheet hours waiting for approval, approved and submitted.
- Absences Tab - shows planned absences of all types by employee at a glance. This helps with scheduling events and workload.
To access Team Management, from the Navigation Panel, under Private Zones, click Team Management.
Note: If you can’t view or access the Team Management tab, you may not have the correct permissions. Contact your Administrator to clarify this.
