How do I maintain client information and the Client Journal?

  1. Click Clients Management under the Private Zones options list.
  2. Search for and select the client you wish to maintain.
  3. On the client dashboard click on Journal on the left of the screen.
  4. Click Add Journal Entry.
  5. In the pop-up modal box Journal Entry, enter details of the information you wish to log. This could be an email, a relevant document, notes from a call etc.
