In this tab you can enter specifications relating to employee terms and conditions. This includes working times, holiday allowances.


It's possible to toggle the absence calendar to be shown with the whole workspace, and not just one team/line manager.


You can also specify the drop down reason options available to employees when requesting absences, and set their entitlement to round up to half a day.


You can set the thresholds for employee utilisation, which is used when reviewing employee utilisation.
