- From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select My Tasks.
- Click Add a Task under your personal task list.
- The Create Task modal will be shown. You can enter details such as:
- Priority level (this is a visual flag only and does not affect how the system treats the Task).
- Due date.
- Task status (this affects where the task is displayed in the kanban view).
- Estimated Time to complete task. You can type xx days/ weeks/ hours and the system will calculate for you.
- Any Tags you wish to associate with the task.
- A written description of the task.
- Choose to be reminded about the task. This will place a reminder on your dashboard under Tasks.
- Click Save or Cancel.
