How do I enter and edit a task?

  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select My Tasks.
  2. Click Add a Task under your personal task list.
  3. The Create Task modal will be shown. You can enter details such as:
    • Priority level (this is a visual flag only and does not affect how the system treats the Task).
    • Due date.
    • Task status (this affects where the task is displayed in the kanban view).
    • Estimated Time to complete task. You can type xx days/ weeks/ hours and the system will calculate for you.
    • Any Tags you wish to associate with the task.
    • A written description of the task.
    • Choose to be reminded about the task. This will place a reminder on your dashboard under Tasks.
  4. Click Save or Cancel.
