How do I share the portal with a client?

  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Projects.
  2. All existing Projects created for your company will be shown. You can search for a specific project in the Search Projects field, or you can choose to Filter certain types of projects by clicking on the appropriate Attributes button. You can also scroll through the list of clients and select the appropriate client.
  3. Select the card for the project you wish to add a client portal to.
  4. On the dashboard tab, scroll down to the Client Portals section.
  5. Click Create New Client Project Portal.
  6. In the pop-up modal box Add New Client Project Portal, enter a password if required and the clients email address(es). You can also select a pre-defined preset which will change what is shared with the client. If desired, you can also use a custom preset which will allow you to manually decide what the client should be able to see on their portal.
  7. Press Confirm or Cancel once complete.
