When you submit expense claims, they will move to the Submitted expense claims section as they await approval from your line manager. Under here you can also view expense claims that have been approved or denied, and track whether they have been processed and paid.
When an expense has been processed and paid, it will display the following status:
When an expense has been approved, but not yet paid, it will display the following status:
When an expense has been denied, it will display the following status:
When an expense has not been approved or denied by your line manager it will display the following status:
