Permissions tab

When you have assigned resources to a project, you can set the system permissions for each resource in the Permissions tab. 


You can specify whether individual resources can view, edit, or have no access at all to key areas of functionality such as the Project Journal, Project Budget, Project Interactive Resource Planner etc.



How do I edit Project Permissions?

  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Projects.
  2. Search for and select the project you wish to create a Permission for.
  3. Locate the Permissions tab on the right of the screen.
  4. The Permissions for this project will be displayed.
