Can I cancel a requested holiday or absence?

Holiday and absence requests that have not been approved can be edited. 


  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Absences and Holidays.
  2. Locate the holiday request you wish to change from the Awaiting Approval area.
  3. Click the relevant icon:
    • The pencil icon will allow you to edit the request. The pop-up modal Request Your Absence will appear, and you can edit the request as per Absences and Holidays: How do I request a holiday or absence?
    • The bin icon will delete the request. You will be asked to Confirm or Cancel the deletion.
    • Your request to edit/delete will be sent to you line manager for approval.
