Holiday and absence requests that have not been approved can be edited.
- From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Absences and Holidays.
- Locate the holiday request you wish to change from the Awaiting Approval area.
- Click the relevant icon:
- The pencil icon will allow you to edit the request. The pop-up modal Request Your Absence will appear, and you can edit the request as per Absences and Holidays: How do I request a holiday or absence?
- The bin icon will delete the request. You will be asked to Confirm or Cancel the deletion.
- Your request to edit/delete will be sent to you line manager for approval.
