How do I review what holiday and absences I have taken?

  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Absences and Holidays.
  2. Locate the box History in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. A record of your holidays taken will be shown.
  4. When you book holiday, Topsail considers all of the available working time in this period and distributes the total appropriately.


Note - Working Time is calculated as:

  • the standard company working hours and days (as defined in your company Settings).
  • your custom working hours and days (if different to above).
  • time that is not a public holiday (if public holiday calendar has been selected in your company Settings).
