Can I cancel a holiday or absence once the date has passed?

Holiday and absences that have been approved and the date has passed can still be edited. You may need to use this functionality if a holiday has been booked, but then a work commitment keeps you from taking the booked holiday. 


  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Absences and Holidays.
  2. Locate the box History in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Locate the holiday you wish to change.
  4. Click the relevant icon:
  5. Your request to edit or delete will be sent to you line manager for approval.
  6. Your request will be visible on your dashboard under Awaiting Approval.
