Holiday and absences that have been approved and the date has passed can still be edited. You may need to use this functionality if a holiday has been booked, but then a work commitment keeps you from taking the booked holiday.
- From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Absences and Holidays.
- Locate the box History in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Locate the holiday you wish to change.
- Click the relevant icon:
- The pencil icon will allow you to edit the request. The pop-up modal Request Your Absence will appear, and you can edit the request as per article Absences and Holidays: How do I request a holiday or absence?
- The bin icon will delete the request. You will be asked to Confirm or Cancel the deletion.
- Your request to edit or delete will be sent to you line manager for approval.
- Your request will be visible on your dashboard under Awaiting Approval.
