The Interactive Resource Planner is a useful tool allowing you to specify who will work on a project and the duration of time they will spend on it. The information provided to Topsail is then automatically used to calculate project costs and revenue based on hourly cost and charge.
The Interactive Resource Planner is interactive as during a project you will be required to review and update it as part of project management. As project start and end dates move, you will be able to see the effect on employee utilisation.
