How do I set up a new Opportunity?

  1. From the Navigation Panel, under Public Zones, select Opportunities.
  2. The Opportunity Management page is displayed showing cards for any existing opportunities logged.
  3. At the top right of the screen, click Add Opportunity. The Create New page is displayed. Here you can enter information about the opportunity.
  4. Add an Opportunity name e.g., the name of the client or project. The system won't let you create a duplicate name for a client and won't let you save it unless the name is unique.
  5. Complete the remaining required fields.
  6. Identify what Pipeline Stage your Opportunity is at. This ranges from first contact to project won, lost and stages in between. You can set this initially and then return to update as the project progresses.
  7. Click Save and Finish.
